Who We Are

In April of 2023, four creative Artisans came together and opened The Stitch 'n Bead. Two seamstresses and embroidery Artisans, Shari Hale and Pat McAdams, one gemstone bead jewelry Artisan, Cristina Salvatore, and Cindi McGee, a mixed-media Artisan offering etched glass, handmade soap and spa items, candles, and polymer clay designs. We have NEWS - Our resident potter, Fred Newman, has retired and we are currently seeking a local potter, and, we are thrilled to announce that we have a new core Artisan joining our team. Dennis Boyle's wood creations will now be a part of our boutique - Charcuterie boards, cutting boards, game boards, clocks, and so much more. And, we are also thrilled to announce that Diana Johnson is now a core member of our team. In addition to her beautiful art cards, we now offer a lovely assortment of her original framed art. Our Guest Artisan program spotlights someone new throughout the year. You never know what you'll find here, as each week (and sometimes each day!) the variety of creative gifts and accessories changes!
